An international e-mobility infrastructure company is looking for an Architecture Team Lead to oversee the design and delivery of high-quality charging infrastructure projects in Switzerland, while leading and developing a local architecture team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a local team of architects.

• Define and implement the architectural vision aligned with European standards and local regulations.

• Act as key contact for authorities, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

• Optimise design workflows and ensure design quality and consistency.

• Collaborate closely with expansion, construction, and public affairs teams.

Profile

• 8+ years’ experience in architecture or infrastructure projects, including leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of Swiss building regulations and permitting processes.

• Confident stakeholder manager with a collaborative leadership style.

• Fluent German and English.
