• 6- 8 years of successful track record in Sales of which at least 3 years should be in a similar role handling the African markets.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of commercial operating principles, practices, and procedures in the business
• University Graduate
• Strong achievement orientation. Desire and ability to achieve business results.
• In-depth understanding of the Sales function
• Excellent commercial acumen entrepreneurship skills.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a range of nationalities and cultures
