In Romania, they have established a strong presence over the past few years and have built a stable and expanding team. This newly created position will report to the Country Sales Director and serve as a bridge between our client, their distributors, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and industrial customers.The primary focus of this position will be to provide valuable consultancy and support, facilitating market expansion in designated regions while consistently nurturing strong and enduring customer relationships.Career level: Minimum 3 years of sales experience B2B, minimum 1 year in the food ingredients field.High mobility is required, especially in the North region of Romania.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting the market and identifying business development opportunities
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, or distribution channels to expand the company's reach.
- Daily visits to clients within the assigned area
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and present relevant products or services.
- Maintaining and developing collaborative relationships with active clients.
- Achieving agreed qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities.
- Promoting the company's image.
- Activity area: Priority given to the North region of Romania.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed higher education; food chemistry is an advantage.
- B2B sales experience - mandatory.
- Experience with clients in the North region of Romania, if available.
- Experience in the food ingredients field can be a significant advantage; in any case, mandatory in the food industry.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Dynamic, sociable, and pleasant presence.
- Quick learning ability, goal-oriented.
- English B1/B2 level (medium to good), and knowledge of another international language such as German or French could be an advantage.
- Driver's license (Category B) - mandatory
- Intermediate to advanced level of English language proficiency.
- Travel requirement: The candidate should be highly available and willing to travel frequently. 75% of the time - travelling.
