RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
• Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management - weekly updates and reports sent to the direct superior.
• Traveling 4 days a week to potential and existing dealers(customers) within an assigned sales area to present company offerings: Cluj, Sibiu, Alba, Mures, Bistrita, Maramures, Satu Mare;
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers;
• Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive/financial/leasing field;
• Higher education, preferably in economics;
• Very good communication skills, team spirit, organized, responsible and proactive person;
• A person of integrity, friendly, eager to meet the requests and needs of customers and colleagues;
• Coordination skills;
• Willingness to travel frequently in the region;
• Ability to work with figures and economic terms, ability to understand financial/accounting statements/documents;
• Knowledge of English, German is an advantage; 
• Very good PC skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes); 
• Driving license, category B - the candidate will receive a company car and fuel;
• Residence in Cluj - Napoca.
