RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management - weekly updates and reports sent to the direct superior.
- Traveling 4 days a week to potential and existing dealers(customers) within an assigned sales area to present company offerings: Cluj, Sibiu, Alba, Mures, Bistrita, Maramures, Satu Mare;
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers;
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive/financial/leasing field;
- Higher education, preferably in economics;
- Very good communication skills, team spirit, organized, responsible and proactive person;
- A person of integrity, friendly, eager to meet the requests and needs of customers and colleagues;
- Coordination skills;
- Willingness to travel frequently in the region;
- Ability to work with figures and economic terms, ability to understand financial/accounting statements/documents;
- Knowledge of English, German is an advantage;
- Very good PC skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes);
- Driving license, category B - the candidate will receive a company car and fuel;
- Residence in Cluj - Napoca.
