The primary purpose of this role is to manage the B2B sales of the Fabric; achieve the sales targets and deliver growth both the topline and bottom-line and spearhead the sales function by successfully managing the sales team.
High-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by collaborating with right business partners. Will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and presenting those plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Core skill sets ideally include, but are also not limited to:
- Any Graduate Degree in business administration or related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager in fabric segment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
Preferences:
Experience as sales representative or sales manager
Good with communication and influence the customer/business
Able to create and drive the sales plan
Prior experience in B2B segment is preferable
Education
UG : Any Graduate
