What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager with a passion for sales, a strong network of decision-makers, and a proven track record in acquiring new clients. Key Responsibilities:
???? New Business Acquisition
- Identify, engage, and convert new clients in the GCC, workforce solutions, and staffing space.
- Leverage your existing network of decision-makers to generate immediate business opportunities.
- Proactively prospect, cold call, and network to build a strong sales pipeline.
???? Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
- Drive revenue growth by consistently closing new deals and expanding client portfolios.
- Own and deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration.
???? Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, HR heads, procurement teams, and business leaders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, positioning us as the preferred workforce solutions partner.
- Ensure long-term client retention through exceptional service and value delivery.
???? Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Develop customized go-to-market strategies for targeted industry verticals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and client hiring needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client mandates.
What You Bring:
✔️ Experience: 6+ years in business development, sales, or client acquisition in workforce solutions, recruitment, or staffing.
✔️ Strong Network: Established rolodex of clients and decision-makers with the ability to generate immediate business.
✔️ Sales Excellence: Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
✔️ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of workforce solutions, staffing, and talent acquisition services.
✔️ Hunter Mindset: Passion for prospecting, cold calling, and driving new business.
✔️ Entrepreneurial Approach: Self-motivated, target-driven, and strategic thinker.
✔️ GCC & Enterprise Experience (Preferred): Experience working with multinational corporations and GCCs is a plus.
