To develop and drive implementation of Direct / Indirect Channel Business for the region in alignment with all India strategy and regional sales objectives. Qualifications - B.E.(Mech.) / (Prodn.); Experience - 6 to 8 years in Cutting Oil Industry a must.
The candidate should be commercially and technically strong.
Incentive: Incentives will be planned once the candidate achieves minimum 20 KL Sales per Month. Incentive will be given on the delta over 20 KL sales. Time is no bar to get incentives as long candidate achieves 20 KL plus sales.

Map and drive Indirect Channel strategy in the region
Strategic in nature
Maximize profitability of Direct / Indirect Channel in the long run aligning the business objectives
Align with sales director/accounts and CRM
Manage business development pipeline against objectives
Align CRM/BI tools lead
Collaborate with Direct / Indirect sales team to explore new opportunities and optimize route to market for direct / indirect business
Through monthly and quarterly reviews
Develop the offering for Direct /Indirect Channel including the launch of innovations
Together with HQ team
Prepare the ROI calculations and assess the financial impact for the specific marketing activities / product promotions
Together with Marketing Department
Collect market information (trends, competitors, regulations, economics)
Through monthly review with sales director, using CRM/BI tools
Lead value added distributors development, thro’ monthly meetings, KPI reviews, Dealer’s sales team development, pipe line generation, stock management and top end customer’s relationship management
Reporting in details to Sales director
Lead and manage monthly sales target with clear growth, trial plans, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Managed by sales head and BI tools
