Our client, a European MNC into Aluminium Systems & Structures (Building Material) is looking to hire an Area Sales Manager based in Dubai / KSA.

Must Have:

Bachelors’ degree in Civil OR Architectural Engineering

Min – 3-5 years of experience working with Structures or Façade or Fabrication companies

Job Responsibilities:

• To implement the Corporate Plan for the achievement of the Company’s business objectives in the assigned area.
• To contribute to the success of company set sales targets in your assigned market(s) by ensuring your individual set targets are achieved in terms of tonnage, volume, turnover value and number new customers that reflect company market share.
• To identify projects, collect the required information and pass the same to the concerned department(s) in order to ensure they are specified by architects, consultants and construction companies.
• To collect information and build the data of new projects to specify Company Products in advance stage.
• To understand the customers activities and ensure to maintain an efficient understanding, cooperation and communication between customers and the company.
• To win new customers and also to maintain the customer loyalty
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that are related  to  your  position  as Area Sales Manager or any  other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by  the Management of the company
• To gather information about competition strategies & products
• To follow up quotation and find a way to convert in to order confirmation
• To submit monthly report on time to the Management
• To maintain good working relations with colleagues at the office
• To effectively use CRM to the requirement of the company
• To maintain good collaborative relations with other ASM inside and outside your area to maximize opportunity with an objective to increase company turnover.
