Job Responsibility:

Strategic

•   Assisting DGM in exploring new markets in the region.

•   Monitor & track return on Interest for sales team expenditure

•   Regular monitoring of performance of Sales team in respective regions

•   Visit consultants and pre-qualify “Company” products

•    Responsible for sales & assisting in business development in respective regions & carrying out the necessary market analysis.

•    Participate in trade exhibitions, marketing and business development initiatives

•     Increase the company market share and add new customers to the customers Data base.

•   Building partnership with clients, main contractors and consultants.

•     Supporting the certified builder, updating the builders data and if needed hire new builders.

•     Pricing the project according to the customer requirements, Building breakdown provided by Estimate Dept., and market/competitors prices.

•   Presenting offers and negotiating about technical and financial aspects.

•   Preparing sales reports for ongoing projects.

•   Managing the area office administrative activities.

Essential Education & Experience

•    University degree in Civil/ Mechanical engineering preferably in structural design.

•   6-8 years’ experience in steel structures or similar products sales role.

Specific Knowledge/ skills

•    Familiar  with  British  &  American  codes  with  auto  cad  Knowledge, Communication and sales skills.

•    presentation, interpersonal, Managerial and leadership skills & Computer literacy
