Our partner is a manufacturer of single-use medical materials with thirty years of experience selling to 70 countries around the globe. They focus and specialize in the sale of protective equipment and apparel used in the beauty industry, in the hospitality sector, food and agricultural sector, heavy industry and machinery, and of course in the healthcare sector. That means that in an unstable market you will always have customers who will help you exceed your sales targets due to diversification. Being one of only four producers in Europe and having a 2% market share globally they are growing since the pandemic hit and they will continue to grow because the high level of health awareness will stay even after the pandemic.

Since they are new in Germany, they want you to join their team as an Area Sales Manager, exploiting the market conditions to further advance your career while developing your sales skills.

Key responsibilities

• Acquiring new customers in the designated area and selling selected products to them
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
• Analyzing competition and prices in a designated area
• Creating offers and negotiating contracts
• Participating in fairs and conferences
• Developing marketing activities in cooperation with the headquarters and the client

What would make you successful

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or Equivalent (Traineeship-Ausbildung)
• 2-3 experience working as a sales representative or direct customer service on a B2B basis
• Computer skills - MS Office
• Communication skills, sales, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Readiness for business trips
• German and English are a must
• Driving License
