Experience: 7-10 years in Tractors Sales
Education: Diploma or above in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed the sales targets for compact mini tractors in the respective state and territory.
- Identify market opportunities and potential customers in the compact mini tractors segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the industry.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Train and develop sales team members to ensure high performance and achieve sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the compact mini tractors market in the respective state and territory.
- Familiarity with the usage of compact mini tractors in agricultural and industrial applications.
- Sound understanding of the mini tractors industry in the respective state and territory.
- Experience working in at least 12 to 16 districts across the entire state.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the state and territory.
