We are currently looking for a candidate who can think creatively, has project management skills, and has the capacity to find solutions quickly, acting as an Art Director in an international environment.

Art Director

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in the strategic development of corporate design and corporate identity guidelines, maintenance of the company’s brand guidelines (digital corporate design manual)
• Monitoring of corporate design compliance, ensuring that the necessary actions are being taken
• Support the organization at different levels, for all regions and divisions of the company group
• Guide and mentor the design process, offering consultancy and inspiring all design-related topics
• Development and implementation of innovative design concepts and creative solutions for marketing materials across all channels (such as campaign KeyVisuals, video animations, company presentations, visual web design, AI image generation, etc.)
• Plan and conduct corporate design training for the company employees worldwide, ensuring that the information is transmitted clearly

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree, completed studies or relevant training in graphic design field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or art direction, an agency environment would be a plus.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Stay up-to-date, being passionate about design and innovation, and interested in the latest trends and developments in graphic design and multimedia.
• Proficient in English and Romanian, mastering excellent communication skills. German knowledge is an advantage.
• High-quality standards, structured work approach, and willingness to experiment, develop and improve.
