Role: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Transformation Lead (Lead BA)
This role is responsible for managing the client expectations. Strategize with various stakeholders to meet customer requirements. Craft the Sales pitch . Collaborate with the sales & technical team through the entire cycle from pre-sales to delivery & post.
Experience: 6-10yrs with atleast 1-2yrs in business requirement management and stakeholder handling
Notice Period: Looking for candidates who can join within 45 days.
Location: Hyderabad
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead multiple client engagements independently. Execute end to end client engagements. Ensure regular client updates & meetings, stakeholder management, tracking execution & success metrics is done efficiently.
- Ability to develop project proposals, comprehensive project budgets and plans and to contribute extensively through entire engagement lifecycle from pre-sales to delivery .
- Capability to understand business question and convert to technical request.
- Developing strategy and producing project plans (scope, risk, quality, cost, requirement analysis, work breakdown structure and schedule.
- Working with development lead to develop project charter, goals and priorities.
- Actively focus on opportunities to grow the client along with the account owners.
- Support the sales team as required for RFPs, sales pitches, collaterals.
- Build deep client relationship, network & be a thought partner. Forestall business problems & deliver par excellence.
- Leveraging a solid understanding of the project management life cycle and related principles, methodologies and best practices and improves such processes and execution.
- Ability to work with international customers & teams.
- Coach & groom the team on gaining knowledge & skills on analytics techniques, problem-solving, project management & client relationship management.
- Coach and guide all stakeholders to follow the agile principles and tools.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Skills:
- Experience in any application programming – Preference towards Python/R, SQL
- Working knowledge in analytics/statistical techniques would be added advantage.
- Solid experience in Requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Experience in project planning/management and working with Agile methodology
- Expert-level user of MS PowerPoint and other business presentation tools
