The Antal International Network’s Hyderabad office is led by Dhananjay Pershad, Dhananjay has over 27+ years of rich cross-discipline experience across Product Engineering, IT services delivery, Pre-sales, account management and process excellence. He was Sr Director, Engineering leading global engineering team at CA Technologies managing Mainframe Database management product line and prior to that has lead global engineering services group as well as managed SAP Business Objects BI CoE. Prior to this, he has handled various leadership roles at Sierra Atlantic (now part of Hitachi Consulting) and SQL Star responsible for global customers for IT Services Delivery and Enterprise Application implementations.  In addition to this, he has also spearheaded several organization change management initiatives like SEI-CMMi Level 5 assessment, Agile implementation and forming large engineering and services groups.

Dhananjay has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Post Graduation in Computer Applications.
