Title:- Area Sales Manager (Surgical)

Base location:- Jaipur

Area coverage:- Entire Rajasthan

Reporting to:- Zonal Head

Hiring for one of the biggest and established medical devices global MNC dealing in more than 10 therapeutic areas 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) with a background in the surgical industry to join our team in Rajasthan. The ASM will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 to 12 years of experience in the surgical field and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills. 

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of 6 to 12 years of successful sales experience in the surgical industry (Medical devices only)
- Strong knowledge of surgical products, medical devices, and healthcare technology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Effective leadership abilities to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data to drive sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
