Performance Marketing & D2C Growth Manager
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & D2C Growth professional to own the digital growth agenda, drive online sales, manage media spends, and improve marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Own performance marketing across Meta, Google and affiliate channels, with accountability for revenue, ROAS and CAC.
Plan media budgets, campaign strategy, sales projections and promotional calendars.
Manage day-to-day campaign optimisation, testing, bidding and budget allocation.
Drive website CRO, analyse customer journeys and improve conversion across the funnel.
Build and manage basic CRM/lifecycle journeys including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back campaigns across Email, SMS and WhatsApp.
Oversee SEO, social media and digital partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Own weekly/monthly reporting across sales, spends, ROAS, CAC, conversion and customer retention.
Manage agencies, freelancers and platform partners, including the transition to an in-house performance marketing setup.
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, D2C, e-commerce or growth.
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping/PMax, YouTube and Display).
Experience managing significant media budgets with clear performance accountability.
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, attribution, conversion and funnel metrics.
Working knowledge of GA4, Google Merchant Centre and tracking/pixels.
Exposure to CRM/lifecycle marketing, SEO and social media.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing agencies or specialist partners.
