- Create a calendar, with consensus from the business teams
- Execute the calendar
- Track the campaigns (online and offline) and create reports
- Create a team (if required) or use the common pool of talent
- Work on 2 goals- Ensure uniformity of messaging, and onboard new users to the system.
- Be the single point of contact for all marketing activities for the business vertical
- Improve the brand image of the company among users
- Use all channels required for activations
- Ensure leads are qualified as per business input and follow up on conversions
- Ensure that monthly MQL targets and conversion targets are met
- Ensure that the NPS scores of the vertical progress positively
- Assist business teams with current territory consolidation and new territory expansion
- Be responsible for the marketing budget for the vertical
- Make sure that all the procurement/sales centres and sales executives have adequate marketing collaterals to assist them with the procurement/sale
- Understand and utilize all the channels we are using currently to maximize reach and strategize on the usage of other channels
- Should have astute vendor management skills, the ability to execute on-ground activities across geographies, and create templates for events and make them ROI driven.

Requirements
We need a resource who has immersive experience (10+) in apparel and fabric-business marketing. The resource should have a strong connection with branding, positioning and ABM, its requirements, nuances and methods. With a strong focus on lead generation via marketing, the resource should be able to manage the NPS scores of the vertical and maintain a positive trajectory.
The role requires ample skills to maintain cordial relationships with business partners, stakeholders and management. He/she should drive the marketing activities, right from ideation to execution.
An experience of over 10 years in the specific field is appreciated. Should have experience in handling teams, managing reports and being prepared to execute various types of marketing activities, in a short span of time. This would require the resource to have standing partnerships with vendors across the country who will execute campaigns in an effective manner.
Goal-oriented campaigns are a must, rather than ad-hoc. It is important to work with the business teams and management to align with the goals and ensure that targets are met.
