Job Description
As the general importer for several prestigious automotive brands our client plays a vital role in ensuring efficient distribution and service network across the globe. With a customer-centric approach, they diligently represent the interests of their customers and maintain fruitful relationships with manufacturers.
General information about the role and the department/hiring manager/team
- This role is to be hired on an indefinite Employment contract.
- Preferred locations: the successful candidate must be in Bucharest.
- The role involves traveling occasionally, drivers’ licence: nice to have.
- Work style: hybrid – 3 days from the office, 2 from home. Ideally full on-site.
- The atmosphere of the team is exceptional. The direct manager is an unconventional, professional, cheerful, and visionary leader. The entire team is well-knit, and they are looking for an open, proactive individual ready to provide support to the entire department.
- Department: 10-11 people split into sales and product.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Compliance Verification: Ensure the conformity of sales activities by verifying adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of sales activities, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
- Sales Records Management (KAB): Create and maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, transaction details, and sales reports.
- Logistics Management for Marketing Projects: Coordinate and manage logistics for various marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Project Management within the Department: Assist in project management initiatives, collaborating with team members to ensure project success and timely completion.
- Department Presentations: Develop engaging and informative department presentations, highlighting key sales achievements, strategies, and future plans.
Requirements:
- Completed or ongoing higher education studies: Possess a degree or be in the final stages of completing higher education studies, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning.
- 1-3 years of work experience: Have relevant work experience of 1-3 years in sales or a related field, showcasing a solid understanding of processes and best practices in general.
- Intermediate level of English language proficiency: Exhibit the ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint): Display a strong command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
- Category B Driving License: Hold a valid driver's license for category B, enabling occasional travel and mobility.
