Job Purpose: Manage the Treasury and Cash Management functions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Finance

Experience: Min 8+ years’ experience in finance & accounting, 4+ years in TEASURY

Managerial

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the personnel or projects under your control to ensure the set objectives are being met.
• Improving efficiency by evaluating and monitoring operational & financial performance of the personnel or project that are handled
• Direct and ensure implementation of the set business strategy through achievement of milestones across approved timeline.
• Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that operations are being achieved both efficiently and effectively.

Treasury & Cash Management

• Managing reconciliation of all bank accounts under the Business District.  
• Managing reconciliation of Credit card and Online portal payments.
• Managing placement of surplus liquidity with Financial Institutions and negotiating for better rates.
• Managing all bank accounts.
• Assisting line manager with financing facilities (New or existing).
• Preparing annual Cash flow forecasts on a monthly rollover basis.
• Managing Bank Guarantee process (receiving, release, renewal, and claims).
• Other adhoc responsibilities assigned by management.

Reporting

• Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet the organizational requirements, in adherence to the company’s policies and quality standard
