MIS and Books closure

• Provisions, accruals and amortization entries relevant for marketing expenses, repairs & maintenance expenses, Administration expenses etc. 
• Monthly payroll accounting and disbursement for own VISA and Ajeer Visa staff
• Finalizing monthly outlet wise MIS coordinating with MIS team
• Preparation of variance analysis for submission to management
• Circulating MIS to operations team and clarifying their observations
• Participating in annual budget preparation
• Preparing working capital reports, funds requistion, adhoc reports as required

Internal compliances

• Preparing balance sheet schedules for fixed assets, deposits, advances, prepaid expenses, provisions
• Co-ordinating with user departments to close action points
• Preparing FAR report(internal compliance report) to check the entities compliance with internal financial policies
• Inter company reconciliations and signoff between related parties in KSA and UAE
• Support in Internal audit activity and implement suggested action points

Compliance

• Submission of VAT return, WHT return as per local tax laws
• Submission of Income tax/ Zakat return as per local tax laws
• Assist in statutory audit closure as per local laws

Supervisory role

• Review the work of team to ensure work is aligned towards overall goal achievement of team that includes daily sales reconciliation review, home delivery partners workings review, vendor advances review, P2P team activity
• Guide and lead the team wherever required to ensure compliance with accounting rules and internal policies
