- Look after End to End of all Marketing activities for sales, branding purposes.
- Plan, implement, review and control all brand building and lead generation activities in marketing function.
- Support sales function in terms of project-specific lead generation to achieve sales goals
- Carry out the design, production and distribution of collaterals / print materials
- Manage press relations, speaking engagements, special events and community outreach activities
- Carry out website maintenance, social media participation and trade show exhibitions
- Lead and manage the network of Project Managers, Digital Marketing specialists, Graphic designers and vendors.
- Initiate creative plans to engage existing customers.
- Aware about what is happening in the market & industry. And take the necessary actions accordingly.
- Develop short and long-term marketing budgets, control budgets and allocate resources amongst all projects logically.
- Planning and launching effective brand campaigns at multiple layers.
- Add Word strategies before plan and implement in the 1st line.
- Carry out market research & surveys to stay relevant.
- Ensure articulation of Organization’s desired image and position
- Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
- Conduct & co-ordinate regular market research and also oversee the activity.
- Researching and analyzing market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates.
- Assessing marketing campaigns month-on-month and offering recommendations to management based on findings.

Education: Post Graduate/ MBA Preferred
Work Experience: 10 – 18 years relevant experience
