Below are the key responsibilities:
They should be Responsible for the preparation of accurate financial reports, Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, yearly end close of books of accounts, Compliance of various laws and regulatory requirements applicable to the Organization, Preparation and presenting the monthly MIS to the Management of the Company ,Manage the capex requirement and budgeting process, Manage accounting of third parties for the functions outsource ▪ Compliance of various laws and regulatory requirements applicable to the Organization ,Insurance coverages applicable for current assets and fixed assets and human resources of the company ▪ Deal with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors to ensure record keeping & meet the requirements of auditors and government agencies/Regulatory bodies.
