Job Description
Job Purpose
Works as the demand generating officer for the marketing department, aligned majorly at lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and executing media budgets for digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, content writing, social media, and display advertising. Assess against goals (ROI/ ROAS).
- 100% ownership of social media handles and ensure incremental organic growth, lead generation from social media.
- Full stack responsibility of MQL vs SQL, funnel ownership from Tofu to Bo Fu.
- Execution of ABM campaigns and measure efficacy account wise.
- Execution/Analytical level proficiency in Mail Chimp and Email Marketing.
- In charge of website maintenance and traffic on website
- Evaluate emerging digital marketing tools & technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Work with both internal as well as external agencies to ensure timely execution.
- Content Marketing - Ensure regular updating and distribution of blog posts, newsletters etc.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Reports to: Manager Marketing.
Mandatory Qualifications/ Skills
- 3-5 years of working experience in digital marketing.
- B2B Industry preferred, SAAS/ IT, Marketing Agency.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas, Taboola)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Preferred Skills/ Qualifications
- MBA/ Certification in Digital Marketing - Top Digital Marketing institute. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Job Requirements
- Full-time position based out of Headquarters in Thane, Maharashtra
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, managing customer database, email marketing, social media and/or display advertising campaigns aimed at lead generation
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate CTA.
- Experience in creating, optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
