Role: Assistant Manager - Franchising Training
Work Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Experience: 3+years’
Work Days: Monday – Friday Work
Hours: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
Role Context: India network is a growing organization and the dynamics of increasing offices and increasing staff lend challenge into the role. To understand how each office and consultant within, is on its own learning curve, to be able to appreciate the state of each, and to be able to support each to step up in the growth trajectory is a great contribution in the role.
The role exists to increase revenue for the Antal network, and this is primarily achieved through supporting the offices in understanding and adhering to best practices within recruitment, and help them to stay close to the Antal’s model of business.

· India Franchise Network Owners
· Antal India’s Support Team
Job Responsibilities:
· To own the training programme for year 1 consultants. This includes internal communications, content development, training delivery and follow ups.
· To support individual consultants by providing desk level coaching via phone or face to face.
· To support the development of other training initiatives as per the need.
· To manage the administration and up-dation of the Antal LMS.
· To help in hiring of Yr 1 consultants upon specific request of the office.
· To support new offices in start-up phase including and not limited to IT set up, induction logistics co- ordination, training delivery during induction.
· As a contributing member of the Antal India's support team, to actively support any network wide projects and initiatives.
· As and when needed, to support the Global Networks team regards training.
ESSENTIALS:
· Min 5 years of experience in a sales or training will be preferred.
· Strong desire to build a career in training and coaching
· A willingness and ability to travel within India.
