Job Title: Assistant Manager - SalesJob Summary:

Responsibilities:

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Provide guidance and support to the sales team by offering training, motivation, and constructive feedback.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
7. Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
8. Develop and implement effective sales processes, policies, and procedures to streamline operations.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in market trends to optimize sales strategies.
10. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members, conducting interviews and providing training when needed.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts and achieve organizational goals.
12. Uphold company values and represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role for 4 to 10 years.
3. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
5. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections effectively.
6. In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software.
7. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies to develop effective sales plans.
8. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
9. Leadership skills to effectively manage the sales team and drive performance.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
12. Flexibility to travel as required.
