Job Purpose: 

Establish and monitor the SAP and Non SAP processes in the areas of Revenue / Receivables (via Order to Cash Processes) through different packages of SAP SD, Real Estate Modules and documentation for all the business verticals resulting in an end to end processes of Budgeting, planning, execution, controls and MIS reporting.

Support the Head SAP in managing and controlling all the defined Project Management processes in a defined SLA and deliverables with right quality on time to the utmost satisfaction of the end customers.

Accountabilities:

1. Understand the sector Business processes, coordinate with business users for their requirements of Revenue Processes and related functionalities and map the same in SAP as a solution, Quality check and make available for SAP Production environment for execution

2. Manage BRD, Analyse, evolve a suitable solution, monitor its implementation, Monitor SLA, Attend the weekly progress meetings, report to the management on the breach of SLA

3. Training Planning, execution, report the effectiveness and certification in SAP PM module

4. Conduct Brain Storming sessions for mapping of Better / improved processes and Re-Engineer the existing process with clear definition of SoP’s.

5. Explore the better way of integration of the existing surrounding packages to see that the data flow is seamless and is error free with required controls

Ideal Candidate would be a Computer Engineer and expert in Domain of Sales and coupled with SAP Implementation - SD Module & O2C processes
