Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond and manage incoming merchant leads.
- Check, verify and upload documents on the client onboarding portal.
- Create and share daily status report on status change.
- Liaison with concerned teams to co-ordinate and complete the required tasks within TAT.
- Getting the merchant live and managing end to end relationship.
- Any other day-to-day operational tasks assigned by the business team.
Qualification Requirements:
- Looking for someone who has an engaging personality and confident to manage corporate clients.
- Good knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel.
- Efficient co-ordination in respect of the day to day activities of a business operation.
- Timeline orientated, with decision making and problem-solving abilities.
- Person must be self-motivated and self-driven.
