Necessary Qualification: B. Tech in Electronics & Communication

Work Profile: 

A. Specific - 

1. Project Management (Spec fixing with OEM and schedule management as CFT Leader .
2. Electronics Circuit & component knowledge 
3. Circuit analysis & troubleshooting capability 
4. Part (on beach level & vehicle level ) validation hands on experience 
5. Testing equipment handling experience (osilioscope , Function Generator ,Vibration Analyser ,Vibration Shaker ,Canalyzer etc).

B. Characteristics - 

1. Diplomatic characteristics to negotiate & manage situation 
2. Polite & Good schedule sense  
3. Proactive as a leader 

C. Desirable - 

1-Experience of working in automotive /electronics industry 
2-Passive safety (Airbag)regulation knowhow .
3-Communication protocol (CAN,12C,SPI)Knowhow 
4-Callibration know how. 
5-2D,3D Drawing tools (CATIA) working experience.

Roles and Responsibilities - 

1. Leading project development of ECU (E.G Air bag ECU ) & Sensors related projects involving Japan headquarters based engineering team ,Indian OEM & Manufacturing plant as window person.
2. Hardware ,software & callibration spec fixing & Negotiation with OEM.
3. Design troubleshooting of ECU and reporting support to plant & OEM .
4. Part level testing (bench level & on vehicle ).
5. Junior development & guiding .
