What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with business and HR CoEs to deliver talent solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.

• Support leadership by offering insights, coaching, and strategies that help retain and engage top talent.

• Be the voice of the employee while aligning with the organization’s values and policies.

• Drive initiatives around learning & development, performance management, and employee engagement.

• Serve as the go-to HR contact for day-to-day employee support and policy guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a COE role, preferably in high-growth or creative sectors.

• Postgraduate or graduate degree in HR or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to navigate a matrix structure and thrive in dynamic environments.

• A people-first mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
