What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with business and HR CoEs to deliver talent solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.

Support leadership by offering insights, coaching, and strategies that help retain and engage top talent.

Be the voice of the employee while aligning with the organization’s values and policies.

Drive initiatives around learning & development, performance management, and employee engagement.

Serve as the go-to HR contact for day-to-day employee support and policy guidance.
What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a COE role, preferably in high-growth or creative sectors.

Postgraduate or graduate degree in HR or Psychology.

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to navigate a matrix structure and thrive in dynamic environments.
