As an Assistant Manager – HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience while acting as a trusted partner to business leaders. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and is passionate about creating meaningful impact through people practices.Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to design and execute talent strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, C&B, DEI, Learning & Development, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with employees and leaders, serving as the go-to partner for workplace concerns, guidance, and HR policy interpretation.
- Drive culture, inclusion, and engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Support leadership in coaching, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Act as a change agent, navigating complex organizational structures to deliver outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Postgraduate/graduate in HR or Psychology.
4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in HR CoE roles.
Strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring innovative, people-first solutions.
Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or disruptive industries preferred.
