Assistant Manager – Human Resources 

About the Role

• Act as a key HR partner connecting employees, leaders, and the wider organization.

• Represent employee voice in leadership discussions while guiding the business with clear, values-aligned HR insights.

• Shape a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business teams by designing and executing talent solutions across performance, engagement, learning, recognition, retention, and change initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with HR COEs (TA, L&D, C&B, DEI, ER, HR Ops) to deliver integrated talent outcomes.

• Use workforce insights, HR analytics, and evidence-based practices to influence decisions.

• Coach leaders on employee engagement, team effectiveness, and long-term talent development.

• Build trusted relationships with employees and managers across levels.

• Guide employees on HR policies, processes, and available tools/resources.

• Promote a culture of openness, creativity, inclusion, and mutual respect.
