Assistant Manager – Human Resources
We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to deliver a strong employee experience while supporting key HR initiatives that drive business success.
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as the bridge between the business and the HR function. You will support leaders in building high-performing teams, resolving workplace challenges, and implementing talent strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and performance. This role offers an opportunity to influence business outcomes through thoughtful people practices and data-driven insights.
You will collaborate with various HR specialists including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions. The role also involves supporting leadership in interpreting policies, managing employee concerns, and creating an inclusive, productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to support talent and organizational initiatives

Assist in executing employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs

Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and workplace practices

Support performance management and learning & development initiatives

Act as a trusted partner for employees to raise concerns and seek HR support

Work closely with HR specialist teams to deliver integrated people solutions

Use workforce insights and HR metrics to support decision making

Champion company initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or HR specialist roles

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and influencing abilities

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and trends

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving business environment

Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and employee engagement

A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
Education

Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
