We're looking for an Assistant Manager – Human Resources to partner with business leaders and create meaningful employee experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

• Partner with business teams to drive people and talent initiatives
• Support employee engagement, learning, performance, and retention programs
• Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams on talent solutions
• Support a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance
• Use people insights and data to support business decisions

Who we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in HRBP and/or HR COE roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or related field preferred
