About Position :
Function : Sales
Proposed Designation/ Title : Assistant Manager
Location : Aurangabad
Experience (Range) : 10-14 years
Age (Range) – 32-36
Basic qualification for job – B.E(Mech)
Additional or desirable Qualification, if required – Post Graduation
Reporting Manager – Head Marketing
CTC Budget range – As per industry standard and experience
Position Clarification :
Purpose of the position (WHY does Position Exist) Objective & Role
- To focus & provide single window service to customer.
- Preparation of yearly Sales Budgets. Short term & Long term.
- Preparation of monthly Marketing MIS for the management.
- Release of customer monthly schedules to PPC & provide confirmation to customer.
- Monitor schedules vs supplies & payments.
- To handle commercial issues independently.
- Increase share of business in existing products.
- Close interaction with customer for new product development.
- RFQ generation for new products, feasibility study, submission of quote, finalization of price & receipt of PO.
- Relationship management.
- Attending to various issues like quality, reviews with customer by coordinating with the plant.

- To achieve sales budget for the year.
- To maintain budgeted profitability of the company.
- New Business development.
- Program management for right time SOP.
- Market potential assessment.
Functional/Technical Skills, Knowledge, and Business Understanding
- Understanding of manufacturing process & product line.

- Die casting industry
Business understanding (Processes& Systems/HR/ Finance/IT/Compliance/ Legal)
- Market potential analysis.
- Target business & addition of new business
- Preparation of commercial proposals, submission to customer.
- Negotiation of commercial for receipt of LOI/PO
