OVERALL FUNCTIONS:
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Assistant Manager - Sales / Sales Engineer to join our filtration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, understanding their filtration needs, and delivering effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into orders.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to offer tailored filtration solutions.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2–3 years in B2B sales, preferably in filtration or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and propose solutions.
- Languages: fluency in English and local language (read, speak, and write).
Others:
- Strong in technical/economic analyses, reports, and specifications.
- Good analytical skills and creativity.
- Team-oriented and effective communicator.
