We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager

We are a full-stack solution focused on commercial and industrial rooftop solar for MSMEs (eventually for retail and other commercial enterprises) solving every pain point from finance to quality management.

The commercial and industrial sector consumes 42% of all the electricity that India produces. If India wants to achieve its target of net zero carbon emissions by 2070, it is imperative that the country overcome the challenges and support enormous lending opportunities to Non-Banking Financial Corporations (NBFCs), Small Finance Banks (SFBs), and Commercial Banks. This is a $500B opportunity in the Indian market alone.

A brief list of your key contributions includes:

· Lead the creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.

· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns.

· Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

· Responsible for offline and online marketing campaigns marketing and hitting ROI goals.

· Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.

· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

What you’ll bring to us:

· An MBA degree from a reputed institution.

· Proven work record of 3 to 4 years in B2B marking. Having worked in the Sustainability/FinTech/NBFC/MSME industry would be an added advantage.

· Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing.

· Experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

· A highly creative mind and excellent communication skills with the ability to write and review content related to marketing.
