Our client, a global leader in the agricultural industry, manufactures plastic products. For their factory in Oinofyta they are looking for an 'Assistant Shift Supervisor'.

Responsibilities:

• Control of correct and safe operation of production lines and individual equipment.
• Supervise the efficiency of the department's employees, towards the achievement of the productivity indicators (KPIs) that have been set.
• Management of the production schedule of the responsibility machines & care for timely execution of the orders.
• Ensuring proper execution of the company's Quality Assurance System & Health and Safety rules.
• Ensuring compliance with the procedures related to the operation of the department.
• Regular control of the planned production data sheets as well as the entries in the production base (ProdMan-PMS).
• Coordination of the management of incoming and outgoing materials for the smooth operation of the production process and the supply of the production lines.
• Coordination of the training of new hires & application of the company's evaluation system to the employees of the department.

Profile:

• TEI or Technical School or General/Technical High School diploma, or equivalent foreign school.
• 3 years of work experience in a similar position (ideally in an industrial environment).
• Administrative and organizational skills (team working, problem solving).
• Knowledge of using a PC (MS Office).
• Possibility / availability of shift work.
• Completed military obligations.
