WHO WE ARE

About Us

At Antal Cyprus, we focus on Executive Search and specialised recruitment mandates where market access, discretion, and judgement are critical.

Our work is centred on three core areas: Engineering, Maritime/Shipping, and Financial Services.

In Engineering, we support clients across industries in identifying senior leaders, specialised technical professionals, and hard-to-find talent for roles where precision, technical understanding, and targeted search methodology are essential.

In Maritime/Shipping, we support executive, senior-level, and specialised hiring mandates in one of the region’s most important shipping hubs, where technical, operational, and commercial leadership appointments can directly affect performance, continuity, and long-term business outcomes.

We are typically engaged in hiring situations where:

  • the role is senior, business-critical, or highly specialised

  • the talent pool is limited or not actively visible in the market

  • confidentiality is essential

  • successful hiring depends on direct access, credibility, and sector understanding

A key differentiator is our physical presence in Cyprus. This gives us real proximity to the market and enables a more informed, relationship-led, and consultative approach, combining local access with the international reach of Antal International’s global network.
