About the Role
A reputed Tier 2 law firm in Mumbai is looking to hire an Associate for its Capital Markets practice. The role offers significant exposure to equity and debt market transactions, regulatory work, and client advisory in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, NCDs, and other capital market transactions

• Drafting and reviewing offer documents, agreements, and related filings

• Coordinating with clients, merchant bankers, regulators, and stock exchanges

• Conducting legal research and preparing regulatory updates and opinions

• Supporting senior team members in transaction execution and due diligence

Requirements

• LL.B. from a recognized law school (some months experience and candidates with up to 3 years PQE may apply)

• Prior internship or work experience in capital markets preferred but not mandatory

• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

• Keen interest in securities law, SEBI regulations, and financial transactions

• Mumbai-based or willing to relocate to Mumbai
