We are looking for an Associate - sales role - for our client, an international company focused on growth and driving innovation.
Associate – Sales role
Location: Cluj
Workmodel: remote
The Associate role is a sales position responsible for identifying new leads to appropriate products, and facilitating discussions with C-suite and Senior Executives around the company’s products and services.
Being an independent and hard-working professional, responsibilities include researching of companies and executives and following up with executives and assistants to schedule meetings for the sales team.
Success in the position requires the person to possess strong organizational and goal-oriented skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision. A high level of professionalism and strong customer service skills is also necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Research and identify qualified new leads
• Manage campaigns and ad-hoc sequences for assigned portfolio
• Send emails, follow ups, and make phone calls to schedule appointments with eligible prospects for the sales team including confirming and rescheduling appointments
• Ensure that the sales contacts are professional, effective, and appropriate for facilitating the company’s involvement with the organization
• Develop market analysis for potential new product launches
• Manages customer relationship database ensuring lists are clean and usable for the team.
• Support current BDM with projects as needed.
• Ensures appropriate action and follow-up of day-to-day business matters.
Knowledge and Skills:
• College degree
• Fluent English, additional European languages a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, good knowledge of Excel
• A grasp of sales strategy is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to communicate with senior executives
• Organized and detail-oriented work style; with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent time management; ability to prioritize
• Customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills, grace under pressure and a sense of humor required
• A goal-oriented work ethic – committed to achieving organization goals, performance objectives, individually and part of a team
• Self-motivation with the ability to work with minimal supervision;
• Proactive, dynamic, initiative-taking and result-focused
• Ability to act with discretion and confidentiality internally and externally
