About the position:

Core skill sets ideally include, but are also not limited to:

• Problem solving - Ability to breakdown complex problems into smaller pieces and layout clear game plans
• Analytical Skills - Comfort with big datasets and ability to understand what data to pull and analyze to derive business insights. You can operate excel in your sleep. Functional understanding of querying and visualization tools like Mixpanel
• Develop Business Cases - Deal with ambiguity and layout a clear thought process to translate input efforts into output business KPIs
• Stakeholder & Team Management - Ability to manage stakeholders across levels and teams to deliver on tight execution plans
• Someone with 2-4 years of experience in startups / consulting firms
• Willingness to hustle & get their hands dirty, and comfort with ambiguity

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead 0 to 1 initiatives, such as new business models, partnerships, transformation projects, etc. that require cross functional collaboration, execute successful POCs, derive learnings, layout the long term processes and hand over to long term owners
• Rapidly advance your career and assume responsibilities in a fast-growing organization
• Build new business vertical from the ground up and be part of their roll-out in record time
• Directly work on solutions with the founders and thereby experience significant personal growth and development
• Support/ lead bespoke partnerships, corporate development, investor relations and fundraising mandates in the medium-long term
• Manage or work with a team of analysts and smart generalists to deep dive into P0 problems for the business, derive business insights and inform execution planning
• Identify and prioritize medium-long term projects that can deliver non-linear growth in scale of business and/ or revenues
• Own the content and set context for critical weekly and monthly business reviews with org leadership
