Experience: 3-4 years - IT and Non IT Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
· Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal.
· Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
· Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
· Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
· Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
· Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
· Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times. Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate in any discipline, Master’s Degree/MBA in Business or related field will be preferred · Max 2 years of sales experience- Recruitment and Non-Recruitment with a demonstrated and a proven track record in your previous work stint.
· Fluency in English language and MS office skills What will you gain?

Compensation - 4-5 lakhs fixed plus variable
