What you will do
We are looking for an energetic junior professional to assist their COO/CFO in day-to-day operations. In particular, you will focus on streamlining operational processes, planning and implementing policies, and fostering cross-communication with other departments.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Operational Management:
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to provide insights for decision-making and performance improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, project progress, and key metrics.
Policy and Procedure Implementation:
- Develop, review, and implement operational policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations, and internal standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and implement best practices.
Financial Management:
- Assist in the development and management of operational budgets.
- Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the preparation and coordination of documentation for the Board of Directors and investors.
Communication and Coordination:
- Work closely with engineering, product, commercial, HR and marketing teams to ensure operational activities align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication between the COO, technical teams, other executives, and external stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that safety and compliance protocols are strictly followed.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
Who you are
- You have an economic, finance or engineering master’s degree.
- You are tech-savvy and have an interest in AI and Engineering.
- You have a proven 2-4 years experience in an operational management role in a consulting or business development function.
- You have a good understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, and Marketing.
- You are proficient in using various business software and CRM tools.
- You have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze and improve, and an analytical mind.
- You have business confidence, high energy and you enjoy working in a high-paced environment.
- You are a good communicator, you like to work in a team and deal well with people.
- You have a high level of professional ethics and maturity.
- You have a valid Swiss residency and work status
