Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Performance Marketing, able to track metrics and conversions to revenue. Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
• Define and orchestrate all online marketing, offline marketing, acquisition, and global campaigns efforts across marketing channels including web, SEM, Paid Social, webinars, email, BTL/ATL campaigns.
• Regularly measure, optimize and report out on key demand and supply generation (digital and non-digital) efforts to ensure that target alignment for business
• Contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by ensuring high customer satisfaction rates, creating repeat customers, and creating efficiencies.
• Design, Build and Optimize Websites and acquisition strategies - expert understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other key web technology
• Work closely with Revenue, Supply Growth, Marketing, and sales to deploy campaigns and ensure alignment across teams for both acquisition and retention
• Build systems and processes that will track and report on key performance metrics and use data to optimize campaign strategies continually
