We are looking for an Associate Director of Product Management, for Supply Chain to join our clients.

Experience - 6 Years + (Product Management)

CTC - 60 LPA (including variables)

Location - Mumbai

You will be responsible for overseeing the product strategy, road-mapping, requirement building and grooming along with the business and engineering teams, and seeing the product development and deployment lifecycle, keeping all stakeholders in close loop .
You will also lead a team of SPMs, PMs and APMs  and collaborate with other teams to ensure the following domain function smoothly:

1. Warehouse Product
2. Logistics Product
3. Post Order Experience Product
4. Finance and Partnering Experience Product

These will ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and cost optimization, majorly, among a plethora of other things.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional product management and/or software development experience
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a strategic orientation, as well as an aptitude for solving complex business problems
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Strong aptitude for data driven decision-making
• Strong focus on delivering end to end customer value
• Demonstrated leadership and exceptional cross-team skills
• Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Engineering. (Advanced technical degree or MBA a plus)

Responsibilities:

Create, evolve, and communicate a roadmap based on competitive landscape, industry trends, customer voice etc. that enables customer and business themes and multi-year product vision.

• Work across partner teams in Purplle – Supply Chain Strategy, Operations, Warehouse Management, Logistics and CS
• Monitor and identify synergies to provide a seamless monitoring experience
• Be excited about the “Optimizing the Supply Netantwork” story, and all that happens under the hood, in order to do that
• Work with data to enable data-driven decisions
• Lead and drive unique and highly visible end-to-end projects across engineering, business, finance, customer support and other functions that will help us deliver features, which can propel Purplle to be the go-to platform for consumers
• Evangelize and champion monitoring products to drive adoption, working closely with the supply chain operations team, as well as the logistics and customer support team
• Make pragmatic business and engineering tradeoffs to deliver business value
