Role details:

• Title / Designation: Associate Director- Legal and Risk Management
• Location: New Delhi / NCR
• Reports to: General Counsel
• Experience : 9 – 10 years
• Work mode: On-site

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal, compliance, and risk advisory to business leadership.
• Oversee legal governance, regulatory matters, and crisis management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, templates, and SOPs.
• Manage communications and responses to regulators, authorities, and clients.
• Handle litigation support, including drafting notices and coordinating with external counsel.
• Advise on employee relations and ensure compliance with evolving laws (CrPC, Contract Act, Companies Act, etc.)
• Lead, mentor, and strengthen the legal and risk management team.

Candidate requirements:

 Professional Qualifications:

    • LLB & CS of a listed company

    • Computer working knowledge is must

 Profile Description:

     • Experience in professional services organisation or Consultancy services or IT sector

     • Well-versed with various laws and regulations of India
