Responsibilities:

To achieve collection targets for the portfolio across marketplace.

Meeting the Target on Cost of Collections.

Setting up and managing the entire collections process and infrastructure.

Appointment and management of collections vendors PAN India Building the collections strategy for the portfolio.

Managing and leading the inhouse collections team.

Working closely with risk and analytics team for improvement in collections and underwriting.

Managing interface with legal agencies.
