Job Title: Associate Director of Sales – Data, Cloud & AI Solutions
Location: Mumbai
Position Overview
The Company is seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director of Sales to lead their go-to-market strategy for data services, cloud technologies, and AI offerings. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B tech sales and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. He will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales team, developing enterprise relationships, and driving revenue across strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the sales strategy for our data, cloud, and AI solution portfolio.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of account executives and sales professionals. • Identify and pursue high-value enterprise opportunities across BFSI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create integrated go-to-market strategies.
- Lead complex sales cycles including RFP responses, contract negotiations, and multi stakeholder engagements.
- Forecast sales performance, track KPIs, and report to executive leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a focus on data services, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and/or AI/ML technologies.
- Proven success in leading sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling, enterprise IT infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth in a fast-paced, high-change environment. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience selling to enterprise clients and navigating complex procurement processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
