• Experience of 8 - 14 years, working with Fin Tech/ Small Finance Banks/ Agri Tech organisations.

Responsibilities :

• Write and constantly update the credit policy of the entire organisation.
• Create a balanced portfolio of risks for lending.
• Create strategies and specific objectives for underwriting and develop budgets/policies/procedures to support functional infrastructure.
• Build & assist in hiring underwriting team and set KPI’s for them
• Responsible for ensuring integrity activity and process
• Provide credit decisions and recommendations for complex cases
• Assessing the analysis to assess quality and meaning of data (Bank statements, GST Returns, ITR’s)
• Review plans and procedures regarding risk management, application and renewal, and acceptance and rejection.
• Analysing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
• Analysing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies. 
• Analysing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. 
• Manage the whole team of data analysts and underwriters for smooth operations and KPI tracking
