Hiring for one of our reputed client for the role of AGM- Business Development:

Location: Delhi

Qualification: MBA with Engineering degree

Experience: 15-18 Years

Industry Preference: Infrastructure, Highways, Consulting etc.

Key roles and responsibilities:

1. Lead the end to end bid management and act as a Project Manager who can handle the team ensuring timely and quality delivery.

2. Responsible for complete bid assessment including traffic assessment, commercial assessment, capex assessment, regulatory assessment, financial model, risks assessment etc.

3. Responsible for preparing Strategic roadmaps for domestic and international markets. Also responsible for preparing Strategic roadmaps for domestic and international markets.

4. Responsible for the financial and business modeling for the bids. Also prepare implementation plan and transition plan for the assets post winning of the bid.

5. Responsible for preparation of Departmental AOP and Budgeting.

6. Identifying services required from consultants with respect to a Bid, prepare their scope of work, discuss and freeze the deliverables along with the timelines, negotiate the contract pricing and appoint them.

     Note- Candidate must have exposure in Financial Modelling and Corporate Strategy.
